Open Calculators, pick one of the 10 project cost calculators, and start typing โ results update automatically with no Calculate button.
Saving a calculation
Fill in the optional Title / Project / Donor / Reporting Period fields at the top, then tap Save. It will appear in History and Reports.
Exporting
Every calculator and the Reports screen can export to PDF, Excel or CSV, print directly, or share a text summary.
Importing
Use "Import Excel" on any calculator to auto-fill its fields from a spreadsheet row with matching column headers.
Working offline
Once loaded, the app keeps working without an internet connection. All data is stored on this device.
